Order questions

On the site you will find prices excluding VAT (for Italy).
Outside Italy, taxes will not be counted (exclusion Art. 41).

Once the order has been received, Sicurpal Srl will check the effective availability of the material and will prepare the goods in 2 working days from the date of the order and deliver it to DHL for delivery in 2/5 days in Italy and 5 days in Europe.
Please note that in the case of payment by bank transfer, preparation and shipping times will be calculated from the confirmation of crediting of the amount to our account.

Once the order has been placed and confirmed, any changes must be received within one day of the order date and reported via the order form or by e-mail to ecommerce@sicurpal.it. It will be necessary to wait for written confirmation from Sicurpal Srl.

Questions on shipments

The cost of shipping will be indicated in the order summary before the order is confirmed, and will be specified on the invoice. It will be free of charge for orders over 250.00 Euro.

The tracking code is available in your private area and in the order confirmation e-mail.

In case of problems with the tracking code, you can contact us via ecommerce@sicurpal.it

Within 1 day after sending your order, you can notify us of the change by writing to ecommerce@sicurpal.it

You can organise a second delivery directly on the DHL website, leave your telephone number to arrange delivery more easily.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00

Questions about payments

Payments accepted by the platform are: credit cards, SEPA transfer, Postepay, Satispay, Paypal.

As soon as the invoice is available, it will be sent to your e-mail address and published in your personal area..

You can send the payment receipt to ecommerce@sicurpal.it , but the order will be sent in any case upon receipt of payment.

There are several possible reasons. Your chosen credit or debit card may have expired. You may not have entered all the data for the chosen payment method correctly. Carefully check the data entered and try to make the payment again. If the problem persists, we suggest you choose an alternative payment method or try contacting your bank.

Questions on returns and recesses

Yes, it is possible to return the material received, you must fill in the appropriate form or write to resi@sicurpal.it

To return a product you have 30 days from the date of purchase of the material.

Sicurpal will handle your return request within 30 days from the date of receipt of the material, and subject to Sicurpal Srl’s written acceptance of the return.

We cannot refund any additional local duties or taxes levied on delivery: we recommend that you contact the courier company for detailed information before making the return. Please note that these amounts are neither requested nor controlled by shop.sicurpal.com.

It is possible to withdraw within 14 days of purchase by filling in the appropriate form or writing to resi@sicurpal.it

Absolutely not, you can buy as an occasional guest.
However, by creating your personal account, you will have your own dashboard to monitor your order status, order history and invoices. The registration process takes just a few minutes and you only have to follow the wizard on the Store to complete it in a few clicks.
